The Facilities Manager contributes to Miller’s Ale House success by delivering world class facilities support to our guests and team members. This is accomplished by managing national and regional vendors including facility services. The Sr. Director, Culinary Operations & Innovation (Executive Chef) is responsible for the research and development of recipes consistent with Miller’s Ale House’s (MAH) quality, standards, and innovation. Responsibilities include innovation that produces top-line sales growth and Guest satisfaction. The Sr. Director partners with other Restaurant Support Center (RSC) teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Training, IT, and FP&A on the development and execution of a focused and targeted menu strategy that drives top-line sales while maximizing gross margin, COGS, and labor productivity.
The Field Training Manager is responsible for leading the Miller’s Ale House (MAH) training process for all hourly Team Members
and in-restaurant training processes. The Field Training Manager acts as the liaison between the Restaurant Support Center (RSC)
Departments and the Operations Team Members to ensure consistency in field training and operational execution of MAH specs
and standards. The Field Training Manager partners with assigned Directors of Operations to ensure MAH training standards are
consistently followed. This position is remote in the Orlando, FL market - Restaurant Based.
