The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function for multiple restaurant locations. This individual processes payments to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals for services rendered. This individual maintains appropriate supporting documentation and ensures accuracy when recording and processing payment for a high volume of invoices.  The Accounts Payable Coordinator must possess a high attention to detail and provides superior internal and external customer service.

The CRM Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving guest engagement, retention, and lifetime value through our modern marketing technology stack. This role owns the execution of email and SMS campaigns, audience segmentation, and journey development while leveraging customer data to deliver personalized and effective communications. You will work hands-on within Olo Engage Marketing Suite and GDP, as well as Sparkfly, to bring our CRM strategy to life and ensure guests receive the right message at the right time.  

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of cash management, cash collections and accounts payable, including leading the AP team, managing third-party services, and ensuring timely, accurate collections and disbursements. This role will lead the transition away from temporary support, oversee offshore AP processing, own credit card collections, and manage cash flow reporting and forecasting and debt schedules. The position plays a key role in automation efforts and staff development.
