Miller’s Ale House is seeking a passionate social media marketer who is obsessed with the intersection of social with culture. As senior manager of social media, you will lead the day-to-day strategy and execution of Miller’s social media presence, deepening cultural relevance and amplifying the iconic elements of our brand. You’ll be at the forefront of how Miller’s shows up in the world—translating brand, consumer, and cultural insights into compelling content that sparks conversation, drives engagement, and builds brand love.
The CRM Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving guest engagement, retention, and lifetime value through our modern marketing technology stack. This role owns the execution of email and SMS campaigns, audience segmentation, and journey development while leveraging customer data to deliver personalized and effective communications. You will work hands-on within Olo Engage Marketing Suite and GDP, as well as Sparkfly, to bring our CRM strategy to life and ensure guests receive the right message at the right time.
