The Manager of Talent Acquisition will recruit Managers and hourly Team Members for our brand. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will manage the entire recruiting life cycle in a high-volume environment. This individual will be responsible for job postings, pre-screening, coordinating, scheduling, and following up with candidates and MAH hiring Directors/Managers. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will also be responsible for ensuring that the hiring timelines are achieved for open positions by partnering with the Operations and Training Teams to source and evaluate both external and internal talent.
